How do I know what whistle is right for me?
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
If you’d like to start a return, please get in touch via our contact form or email and we’ll guide you through the process.
(Please note: buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.)
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide.
Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
Do you offer express shipping?
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
If you need your order urgently, contact us directly before checkout and we’ll arrange express or tracked courier delivery if available to your region.
Are your whistles tuneable?
Yes — all Rhubarb Low Whistles feature a tuneable mouthpiece, allowing you to make small pitch adjustments as needed.
Each order includes PTFE sealing tape to help you maintain a perfect seal and smooth adjustment.
How do I clean my whistle?
The mouthpiece and aluminium body can be gently cleaned with warm, soapy water.
Avoid boiling water or dishwashers, as excessive heat may damage the materials.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes — if you’re buying a whistle as a gift, just let us know at checkout or send a quick message.
We’ll include simple, eco-friendly packaging and can even add a personal note on request.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders: typically arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
International orders: usually take 7–14 working days, depending on customs.
